Yesterday, Jerilynn Hall from the American Legion Auxiliary visited the Middle/High School to announce the state winners of the Americanism Essay Contest. Congratulations to Hanna Suiter for securing 2nd place and to Tell Whitaker, who was the state champion. Both essays will advance to the national competition. It's fantastic that the top two essays in the state of Wyoming originated from our wonderful town of Basin. Great job, kids!
