Nurse Katie went tree-mode (face painted this year!)

Today we found out that they earned themselves the recognition of being a Silver Team! On the individual level Maycee McKim was Gold and Guadalupe Jimenez, Brendan Powell and Nicholas Olmstead were Silver!šš

Roadmap for Success: BGH4 Takes Up Strategic Planning Process
Big Horn Co. School District #4 is taking an exciting step toward shaping the future of education for its students, staff, and community. The district is launching a comprehensive process to create and update the districtās Strategic Plan, a guiding framework that will define priorities, goals, and actions for this year and future years.
The Strategic Plan will serve as a roadmap for decision-making, resource allocation, and student success. It will keep us focused on what matters most- student learning and overall improvement. Every decision that we make should be intentional and aligned with the clear vision that our Strategic Plan provides.
We want our plan to reflect the values and priorities of our school community. The districtās new plan will be developed with broad input from students, parents, staff, and community members. Through focus groups, stakeholders will have the opportunity to share their perspectives and help identify both the strengths and opportunities within the district.
Once completed, the Strategic Plan will outline clear priorities and measurable objectives that will guide instructional practices, resource use, and innovation districtwide. It will also serve as a foundation for accountabilityāhelping the district track progress and celebrate success along the way.
As the district looks ahead, leaders believe this renewed focus will not only clarify the work to be done but also strengthen the shared commitment to preparing every student for success in a rapidly changing world.
At its heart, this is about coming together with purpose and direction. Our Strategic Plan will unite us around common priorities, guiding our efforts every day for every student.
