6th Grade Social Studies Students have been been learning chivalry, honor, and etiquette through immersive, hands-on experiences. This included a classroom a ceremonies, quests based on the Seven Principles of Chivalry, and themed feasts. Today the these students got to practice what they have been practicing in class and learning about in the classroom of chivalry and etiquette dinner. Etiquette & Manners: A lesson was covered by our Middle School Social Studies Teacher Mr. Mickelson on medieval banquet prior to where seating and service depended on social status, and the proper, often refined, use of knives, spoons, and hands (before forks were common).Mr.DesRosier our High School Social Studies Teacher was also available for assistance to give some insight of how these time frames were. Mrs.Kibbey was a huge help out with food preparation, dining table ware,set up,and all around set up. Mrs.Peterson huge help out and to Mrs.Scott bouncing back and forth helping out. To our three 7th grade girls who were servers that were very respectful and working hard pulled out of their classes. They all three also learned how hard it is sometimes how people can be rude but just kept being polite. Thank you to Harper, Katelyn and Hudsyn! You girl's rocked today.










6th Grade Riverside students are learning to survey and create a topographical map much like it was done in the 1800's.










Riverside Academic Challenge Team: Small Schools Team Runner Up for State placed 2nd at State on Saturday down at CWC in Riverton March 14,2026. 2 Seniors: Ben Mendenhall, Jackson Scott and 1 Junior: Dawson Scott all represented Riverside very well today with advisor Stuart DesRosier. The final round was down between rival teams of Riverside and Greybull which put the heat on!š„Riverside only lost by 12 points for the championship title. These three boys worked hard and represented our school very well day and have worked hard all this whole season 2025-2026 Academic Challenge Team of practicing in mornings.
