A message from PTO, Thank you for supporting our fundraiser so far this first week. If you registered kid didn't get all their goodies... We ran out but have more coming our way we'll make sure they get them. Next up, once your student sells 3 items, there are white coupons that can be turned into Miss Lacosta at school, and they will get a hype crew keychain. Again, thank you for the support. Arrr, Matey!! Friday was talk like a pirate day and Ms. Hing's PreK class enjoyed celebrating and learning about pirates. 💰🏴‍☠️They were joined by Superintendent Campbell, Nurse Winters, and Principal Seeley.

We scream for ice cream! Our 1st graders learned about lowering the temperature of ice to create ice cream.

Kindergarten kiddos tried out our new watercolor palettes while creating unique art.

Our 5th graders enjoyed Makerspace today. It's great to see them being so creative. After studying polymers this month, the 2nd graders got to make their own some!

It was another week of learning in the library. A special shout out to Mrs. Solberg's Spanish 1 class for helping our PreK learn Spanish!

It was another great week in STEM. Our students are so inquisitive and come up with amazing solutions. This week we retold stories by making a magnetic maze with kindergarten and 1st grade explored alternate ways to melt a popsicle. Of course we had to indulge in a sweet treat after all our hard work!

Pet pictures just have a way of bringing people together. It was so fun this week to look at all the pictures as they filtered in and were put on the poster. We loved celebrating National Dog Day and seeing all the special pets!🩷🐶🐱🐖🐮🐐🐴🐑🦃🦆🐓🐹🐇🐟🩷

What a great first week in STEM!

We’re excited to announce Pet Photo Day is coming up on Aug 26! To help bring some joy and community spirit to our school, we’re inviting all staff and students to submit a photo of their beloved pets. Whether it’s a dog, cat, bird, lizard, or even a goldfish—we’d love to see the furry (or scaly!) members of your family. Send your pet photo to katie.winters@bgh4.k12.wy.us by Tuesday, Aug. 26, Include your name and your pet’s name in the email. Or bring your pet photo to the school! The photos will be displayed at LIE on the mountain in the hallway or in the commons at RMHS. There will be tape and a marker for you to use to hang up your photo.  Let’s celebrate our animal companions and enjoy a little extra cuteness in our day! Open house at Laura Irwin Elementary from Noon to 2PM today. Come by, drop off school supplies, say hi to the teachers. there are several back to school photo opportunities!!📷 We also have FREE school supplies, including backpacks. Really anything your student may need.✏️📝🖊📏📐🎒 These supplies have been donated by local organizations. Also, we need YOU!!👈 Our PTO is a small group of people who would love some additional parents to volunteer. They do so much to support our students!!💗
